    1. You could possibly use the same amount of toasted buckwheat grains or toasted pine nuts? They should mimic the lovely toasty flavour you get from the walnuts.

  1. Hey, I just made this recipe and I added a banana, and some spices – cooked at 170C on fan force for 30 minutes, and it’s beautiful! I don’t know whether to put jam or cheese on it – a great balance of sweet and savoury! Thank you so much for posting this great recipe! 😀
