This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations. When you visit this website, use my services or purchase my products you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should not continue to visit this website, use my services or purchase from me.
All products and services advertised on this website are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
In these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us", "our" refers to Kate Spina.

Your use of this website and the material and information contained in it is entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any consequences of that use. By using this website you take full and complete responsibility for the use of any products information or services available resulting from the use of the website.

This website is for your personal use only. The intellectual property rights including copyright in all information and imagery provided on or through this website remains the property of Kate Spina. You may not in any form or by any means adapt, reproduce, distribute, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website, or commercialise any information or imagery without our written permission.
YOUr responsibility
Accurate client history forms, honesty, and thorough medical history is expected. Informed consent is gained via Client History Form. It is expected you will follow advised protocols (including diet, supplement regimes and dosing & lifestyle changes) as closely as possible and notify us at kate (at) katespinanutrition (dot) com if something unexpected happens.
For appointment packages, included consults must be used within a year of package purchase.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
This website uses a secure online payment system. In order to purchase a product or service from this website you will be required to select a payment method which may require you to enter your credit card information. Please be aware that credit card payment is made through a third party payment processor, Square, who have their own Terms & Conditions.
All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated, and inclusive of GST where GST is applicable.
DELIVERY Of products and services
If your purchase is an individual nutrition consultation, after payment you will be provided with a booking confirmation which includes information on how to access your nutrition consultation.
If you purchase a digital product, after payment it will be delivered to the email address you provide and available immediately by download. If you have any issues with downloading your eBook, please contact us at kate (at) katespinanutrition (dot) com.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you need to reschedule your consult, you may do so through your consult booking link or by emailing kate@katespinanutrition.com at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. I will endeavour to rebook your appointment at the next available time convenient to you.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Payment for consults is required either at the time of booking online, via credit card at the end of your consult or by bank transfer before your consult. Cancellations of consults with at least 48 hours notice will result in a full refund, less any online booking fees (approx. 2.5%).
Cancellations of consults with less than 48 hours notice incur a late-cancellation fee of the full cost of the consult. We recognise that emergencies do happen and aim to be flexible and considerate of unexpected events. Consults may be rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice to another more suitable day/time within 5 business days without penalty. Cancellation or an additional rescheduling of that appointment incurs a fee equal to the full cost of that consult.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION ON MY PART
If, due to unforeseen events or illness, I need to reschedule your appointment I will endeavour to do so with minimal inconvenience to you. If you choose not to immediately reschedule and wish to cancel your consult, all monies paid for your appointment (minus online processing fees if Square was used, approx. 2.5%) will be refunded.
If, during your online consult, there are internet or computer disruptions, we will either switch to a phone consult or reschedule at no further cost to the client. If we have to reschedule your consult due to technical disruptions, there will be no further cost to you.
Please note that due to the digital nature of e-products, refunds are not available for any digital products like ebooks.
